Merve is the founder of AIethicist.org and Lighthouse Career Consulting. She provides training and consulting services to help build capacity and develop better AI governance systems, and collaborate with a number of international organizations towards that end. She is also a founding editorial board member of Springer Nature AI & Ethics Journal, a contributor to different IEEE work-groups establishing AI governance standards, technical experts in AI Policy Exchange, and an AI Ethics instructor at RMDS Lab.
20 years of global work experience in different Fortune 100 companies, with a track record of working with cross-cultural teams. Proven success of running multiple global projects with leadership responsibility on innovation, diversity, transition & change management in a complex regulatory environment.
